1. The Service

Donnie Bet Pty Ltd (ABN 43 456 426 1240) is a licensed bookmaker regulated by Racing NSW under the Racing Administration Act 1998 (NSW). We operate at donniebet.com and offer online sports wagering to eligible Australian residents aged 18 and over.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or place bets.
• You must be located in Australia and not subject to a self-exclusion order through BetStop or a state-level exclusion register.
• One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed.
• Employees of Donnie Bet Pty Ltd and immediate family members are not eligible to wager.

3. Account Registration and Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We are required by law to verify your identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must promptly supply identity documents when requested. Failure to verify may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit is $10 AUD. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayID and bank transfer. We do not accept cryptocurrency. Deposit limits can be set in your account settings and we encourage you to use them.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is $20 AUD. Withdrawals are processed to a verified Australian bank account. PayID withdrawals are typically processed within 2 business hours. Standard transfers take 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.

5. Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to our published Betting Rules available on request.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after submission unless we determine a manifest error occurred.
• We reserve the right to limit stake sizes, suspend markets or void bets in cases of obvious error, fraud, integrity concerns or where required by regulators.
• In-play betting is available on selected events in accordance with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event.

6. Promotions and Bonus Bets

All promotions are subject to specific Terms available on the promotion page. Bonus bets are non-withdrawable; only winnings derived from bonus bets may be withdrawn. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without written authority
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting or any systematic exploitation of price discrepancies
• Use of bots, automated software or VPNs to circumvent location restrictions
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds without notice.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DonnieBet's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the value of stakes placed in the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on donniebet.com, including logos, text, odds data and software, is owned by Donnie Bet Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
